New hotels in Rokkasho Village

A village on the Pacific coast located at the base of the Shimokita Peninsula in eastern Aomori Prefecture. It is known as an energy-related town where Japan Nuclear Fuel Limited’s nuclear fuel cycle facilities (reprocessing plant and uranium enrichment plant) are located, and the area attracts business travelers from related companies. New hotels in Kuroishi City

A city located east of Hirosaki City, in the southern part of the Tsugaru Plain. A major tourist attraction is Nakamachi Komise Street, a Preserved District of Important Traditional Buildings where traditional covered walkways (komise) designed to protect against snow still remain. The Kuroishi Hot Spring Resort and Aoga Hot Spring (famous for its "Lamp no Yado" inn) are also nearby, and the city serves as a base for visiting nearby ski resorts such as Kasamatsuyama Ski Resort and Sun Alpina Kazuno (Iwakiseki).

The main tourist attractions include the Hirosaki Neputa Festival, Hirosaki Castle, the Western-style buildings (such as the former Hirosaki City Library and other Meiji-era architecture), and Hirosaki apples (Japan’s largest producer).
